Save Emails as PDF Format

MultCloud is a simple email to PDF convertor. With the help of MultCloud, saving email to PDF is not a one-by-one task anymore. Because MultCloud allows users to bulk save Outlook email as email without printing emails piece by piece. You can quickly save Gmail or Outlook emails as PDFs even without switching email accounts.
Before converting email to PDF, MultCloud offers two choices for users to save their converted PDFs:
  • You can download Gmail as PDF to computer or mobile devices by the Email Download feature.
  • Or, you can save Gmail as PDF directly to cloud storage services by the Email Migration feature.

How to save email as PDF

Add your email account to MultCloud after signing up

On MultCloud web, you can easily get a MultCloud account to log in. Then just add your Gmail or Outlook account to MultCloud through authentication. You can also add 30+ clouds to MultCloud if you intend to save emails online.

Option 1: Convert emails to PDFs and download locally – Email Download

Open your email account in MultCloud and select the emails that you want to save locally. Now just click “Download”, complete the Download Settings, and choose a place on your computer to save the converted PDFs.

Option 2: Select emails to save as PDFs to Clouds – Email Migration

Go to the “Email Migration” tab, select emails in your Gmail or Outlook as the source, and select a cloud as the destination. Then click “Migrate Now” to convert your emails as PDFs and seamlessly save to your cloud.
