MultCloud supports adding and managing files during multiple clouds, but occasionally there are issues when adding a cloud storage. Listed below are common errors and their solutions for adding different cloud drives.
If you do not see the listed errors or the suggested solutions do not resolve the issue, please contact our support team for further assistance.
Tip: Use Ctrl+F to open a search box to quickly find the relevant cloud drive or corresponding error message.
The bucket name cannot include /. Only enter the bucket name itself, not the full S3 URL path.
The bucket name must be entirely in lowercase and cannot include uppercase characters.Backblaze
Please generate a new Master Application Key: Log in to the Backblaze official site, click “Application Keys” under B2 Cloud Storage, and click “Generate New Master Application Key” to generate the new Master Application Key. Then, please copy the keyID and applicationKey to MultCloud to add it.
When copying the keyID and applicationKey to the text, please do not leave any space.
Please check if the entered username or password is incorrect.
Please check whether the FTP uses an SSL Certificate. If so, please choose the FTPS method to add it.
This SFTP server’s encryption algorithms are incompatible with the FTP process used by MultCloud. As a result, this type of SFTP is not supported.
Please check whether the server has disabled password authentication. If so, switch to SSH Key authentication:
Generate an SSH Key (if not already created).
Upload the public key to the server.
When adding the SFTP connection in MultCloud, paste the id_rsa private key as the password.
Please remove and re-add the FTP/SFTP account to check again.
1. Please check if you are using a super-admin account of Google WorkSpace.
2. Please download the G Suite Marketplace app --- "Cloud Transfer – MultCloud" to install first with Admin way.
3. Then, click "Access Organization" to add Google WorkSpace or Shared Drive.
4. If you are using a user account of Google WorkSpace, please install the "Cloud Transfer – MultCloud" app with Individual way and then click “Access Personal Cloud” to add it.

Please check and confirm:
1. Support lcedrive Premium accounts only. So, please confirm if you are using a Premium account of icedrive.
2. Click your lcedrive Username -> 2FA & Access -> WebDAV -> Enable -> Show Key. The Access Key is the password.
Please check whether the account credentials (username or password) are incorrect.
1. Make sure to enter the verification code as quickly as possible after receiving it.
2. If the first attempt fails, close the pop-up window and try adding the cloud drive again.
3. Regional restrictions: If regenerating the verification code still fails, your iCloud account in your region may not be supported by MultCloud at the moment..
1. Try logging into iCloud.com and check if you can access your Photos.
2. Ensure that no settings are enabled that restrict third-party apps from accessing private data.
The problem is caused by the Account Login Protection System of Mediafire that Prevents Robot and Unauthorized Login To Your account. So must be Verify From the Same Requested Login Location.
Mediafire offers a solution:
When adding your MediaFire to MultiCloud, you will receive an email (in Mediafire account email) that contains a Location Name that Requested For Login to Mediafire. Then, you must use a VPN Connection to this Location and click on the Provided Link in the Email. It's For Verifying Your Account Owner. and after it, you can Add Successfully your Account to MultiCloud.
Please deactivate the 2FA in Mega official website's Settings-->Security, then re-add it to MultCloud. After adding it to MultCloud, you could enable the 2FA in Mega again.
Are you using a free Mega account? Mega limits the bandwidth for a free Mega account. When the transfer from Mega reaches the bandwidth, then you will get the error. You can wait for hours, then transfer again. Or, upgrade your mega account to VIP.
Object(typically, node or user) not found error, please clean up the cache of your browser first and then try again, or you can open an incognito window to operate and see if it works.
Please disable the two-factor authentication in your MEGA account first and then re-add it to MultCloud.
1. Please ensure that your MyDrive account credentials are entered correctly.
2. Check your MyDrive settings to confirm that third-party applications are allowed to access your account.
3. A poor connection may cause authentication failures. Ensure that your network is stable and try again.
1. Ensure that the NAS device allows public network access. If it is restricted to local network (LAN) use only, MultCloud will not be able to connect. You can try to access your NAS via an external network (e.g., mobile 4G network) to see if it can be opened.
2. Make sure WebDAV or FTP is enabled on the NAS.
3. Please Verify that the NAS firewall and router port forwarding settings are configured correctly to allow external access.
Please first log in to the Onedrive account on the Onedrive official site, and then add it again on MultCloud.
It might be that the application MultCloud V2 is currently not supported by your company xxx. Your company is currently in an unmanaged state and needs an Administrator to claim ownership of the company by DNS validation of xxx before the application MultCloud V2 can be provisioned.
You need first to assign Microsoft 365 licenses to users and create a file Link in OneDrive for the user.

Please first assign a Microsoft 365 license which includes Sharepoint to your Microsoft account, and then add SharePoint to MultCloud.

1. Ensure that the URL starts with HTTPS. For example: https://your-owncloud-domain.com/remote.php/dav
2. The WebDAV connection requires the correct API endpoint. A 301 error may indicate that the requested path has been changed. Please verify that you are using the correct and updated endpoint.
Please try to regenerate the Secret Access Key in the Wasabi console and then attempt to add the connection again. Note: please also check the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key for any typos or extra spaces.
1. Please ensure the WebDAV server address is correct. For example: https://webdav.smartdrive.web.de/
2. Please use the correct username (the full WEB.DE email) and password. If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, you might need to generate and use an App Password. This can be created in the WEB.DE account security settings.
1. Please ensure that the API key, username, and password provided by WEB.DE are entered correctly.
2. If 2FA is enabled on your WEB.DE account, some services may require an App Password instead of the regular account password. Make sure to generate and use the App Password from your account settings.
Please enable and use the "app password" to add your Yandex account.
