Step 1: Navigate to the SharePoint Admin Center, then choose Settings > OneDrive from the right-side panel. Afterward, opt for Sync.

Step 2: Confirm that the checkbox for Show the Sync button on the OneDrive website is marked. It's important to be aware that the Sync button may not appear immediately, so please be patient.
