Step 1: Log in to your OneDrive for Business account on a web browser.

Step 2: Locate the specific file or folder you want to share and right-click the file/folder. Then click the 3-dot icon beside the folder/file and choose “Share”.

Step 3: In the sharing pane, type your colleague's email address and choose the appropriate permission level.

Step 4: Optionally, leave a message for your colleague about this shared link.

Step 5: Click "Send" to email them the invitation. Don’t forget to remind your colleague to open the email and accepts the invitation.

This way, your colleague can access the file/folder without public visibility. They'll need to sign in using their own account. Remember, you can modify or revoke access at any time.
