In this article, I will teach you how to add cloud storage services to MultCloud and how to remove cloud services from MultCloud step by step. MultCloud is a great multi-cloud management application helps you manage multiple cloud drive easily.
You can create sub-accounts to share files between different MultCloud accounts. In this way, you can better manage your MultCloud accounts.
Step 1. Click on your account name and choose "Sub-Accounts".
Step 2. Click "Add User" to add a registered MultCloud account or click "Create sub-account" to create a new account directly.
Step 3. Click "Confirm" to continue.
Step 4. Click "Add Item" to add the folder you want to share.
Step 5. Choose a folder and click "Confirm".
Step 6. Now you can assign permissions to the shared folder.
All: Sub-accounts will have no limits of authority in this folder.
Read: Sub-accounts will have the authorities to download, copy and preview in this folder.
Write: Sub-accounts will have the authorities to create a new folder, upload, delete, rename, paste in this folder.
Step 7. Login to your sub-account, you will see the shared folder in Team and you can do the corresponding operations according to the assigned authorities.
